X-ray of a cat with a urinary blockage
Triage
When your pet arrives at the hospital, your pet will be TRIAGED to assess the severity of her/his medical condition. This ensures that we address the needs of our more critical patients first. A veterinarian will examine your pet and consult with you in regards to your pet’s condition and any recommended diagnostic testing or treatments.
Fees
A written estimate will be provided to you during your consultation to outline the fees associated with any recommended diagnostic testing or treatments. A financial deposit (based on the estimate) will be required upon the admission of your pet for diagnostic testing and/or treatment and the balance is due at the time of discharge/cessation of treatment.
