Fee Structure

Initial Fee

The initial fee consists of a consultation fee and an emergency fee. Please contact us for the current initial fee.

Additional Fees

In the event that, upon the completion of your pet's examination and consultation, your pet requires diagnostics, treatment and/or hospitalization, you will be given a written estimate and consent form.

Deposits

We require a deposit based on the written estimate, at the time of your pet's admission for treatment, diagnostics and/or hospitalization. The balance is due, in full, at the time of discharge from the emergency clinic.

Methods of Payment

We cannot extend credit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit and cash transactions only. Please note that we do not accept cheques.
