We Are Equipped

The Veterinary Emergency Clinic of York Region is fully equipped to perform:

• blood testing
• radiographs (x-rays)
• electrocardiograms (EKGs)
• oxygen supplementation
• blood transfusions
• anaesthesia
• surgery
• blood-pressure monitoring
• and many routine diagnostic procedures

Day or Night

We have an "in-house" laboratory and are capable of performing routine blood tests quickly and at all hours of the day or night. We also have the ability to perform blood analysis including electrolytes and blood gases immediately, thereby facilitating appropriate and immediate treatment.

Oxygen delivery systems are available for critically ill animals, and intravenous fluid pumps are available to ensure the accurate administration of intravenous solutions to our patients.

We also offer gastrointestinal endoscopy is available on a limited basis.
